1. Go to https://vpn.quaytex.com/ and login with your account.

2. From that site, press "Download Client and Configuration for Windows" link and save installer.

3. Go to control panel, then Add\Remove programs and remove old VPN SSL client.
4. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\config" (you can copy and paste into Windows Explorer address bar) and delete all files from there.
5. Run installation file that you acquired on step 2 and proceed with installation.
